im getting this error when trying to place CTS order via SC

This error message originates from CTS. It is not anything we have any control over.

No fully live im using the hardware pass through. Instance of t4 running and SC. If i place an order in T4 is appears in SC just can't place in SC.

Arnt you guys the same Firm?

The plot thickens

it works fine on the primary instance of SC. it wont work on the substance..
ive clicked update symbols

using the exact same .cht on the primary i can trade on the sub its trying to place orders at 674400.00 instead of 67.44

Did you alter the Global Symbol Settings for that symbol, in particular in the Real-time Multiplier? Or in the Chart Settings?

No its just CL not working as ES is fine. I even deleted and refreshed all symbols..

OK we will do more testing today.

We just tested the ES and do not see a problem.

We now see the reason for the issue. This will be resolved today.

This is a recent issue due to a change with the handling of the multiplier value for orders which inadvertently caused this problem.

Yes we would expect that it would occur with ES as well. We still have not yet released a new version.
