I use CQG fix datafeed via AMP Futures account. I have full DOM on WTI crude (thanks for that) but still just 10/10 levels on all other contracts. Im know CQG provides full DOM for all of them, but Sierra still shows only 10/10. What is the reason for that and when/if will it change? Thanks

Open the market depth window with this command: File Menu: Open Market Depth Window (File) How many levels do you see there for one of the particular symbols you only supposedly have 10 levels for. I have 10/10 levels for NQ here as example (screenshot). Same for all other instruments. Only Crude has ca. 500/500 levels

That market depth window indicates that CQG is only providing 10 levels for that particular symbol. This is not within our control.

I checked exactly same datafeed (CQG FIX TRADING) on other platforms (inluding CQG web based client) and I have full DOM for all instruments so you're suggesting CQG is somehow detecting that when used in SierraChart it should provide only 10 levels?? In fact I was worried your answer would be to use Sierra Data Feed instead CQG, but hopefully there is some other solution to this situation as Im sure CQG datafeed provides right data. |

Clearly CQG is not providing more than 10 levels . This is definitely not within our control. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Reconnect the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers After about 20 seconds provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog Use the Send for Analysis method and let us know when you have done that. OK so why do I see full DOM for WTI Crude? 500 levels up and 500 down. Is it their oversight or just one instrument with full DOM as some advertising/special offer...?
