Clearly CQG is not providing more than 10 levels . This is definitely not within our control.


Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 20 seconds provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
