CTS: Do you need charting enabled on CTS T4 account?

I am a tech at a clearing firm and I am attempting to setup a user who used Sierra Chart at a previous clearing firm. It worked before, but now he cannot connect. He is NOT enabled for charting service on his CTS/T4 client account, does this need to be enabled for Sierra Chart to connect and function properly? Thanks in advance, -Sena |

We have enabled charting on this users' CTS account and still cannot access the CTS data via Sierra Chart application. We can telnet to fix.t4login.com on 443, and we are able to ping without issue to t4login.com. Please advise |
