I am a tech at a clearing firm and I am attempting to setup a user who used Sierra Chart at a previous clearing firm. It worked before, but now he cannot connect. He is NOT enabled for charting service on his CTS/T4 client account, does this need to be enabled for Sierra Chart to connect and function properly? Thanks in advance, -Sena |
