This is about the data involved with my charts. The last post you shut down after saying it was TransActs data problem. Ive been going back and forth with them with them insisting its Sierra Charts.
What I want is data I can rely on!
After comparing screenshots attached (mine and theirs attached)you can see their AT charts are clearly different than mine. Im specifically talking about the close Thursday at 16:00. I have 2705.50, they have 2713.50. TransAct is were I get my data. Thats a HUGE discrepancy. So why the discrepancy?
So this morning I RE-loaded my data from right before that point.(right clicked>Edit/Download Data)...
The data is the same discrepancy.
The thing that makes me think that its Sierra Charts data, is on a download edit or Re-load)isn't the data coming from your historical servers?
Or is it still coming from TransACT?
When do my charts get data from you?
FYI This is 1 minute ESH8 chart.

Thx

Never mind. we solved it.
The TransAct to Sierra Bridge Mode 1 was unchecked and somehow seemed to make a difference. All good.

Yes if the UDP protocol was being used that would indeed be contributing significantly to the problem.

For reference this is what we said previously here:

Also, the TransAct chart is using US Central time. Yours is US Eastern time. That is the primary reason for the difference in this particular case.

When do my charts get data from you?
The ultimate answer is never. Although our servers are used to serve historical data (Not real-time), that data originates from TransAct. But the data feed we use from TransAct, is a good direct feed so there really should not be any problems anyway with the historical data in general.
