Yes if the UDP protocol was being used that would indeed be contributing significantly to the problem.

Also, the TransAct chart is using US Central time. Yours is US Eastern time. That is the primary reason for the difference in this particular case.

When do my charts get data from you?
The ultimate answer is never. Although our servers are used to serve historical data (Not real-time), that data originates from TransAct. But the data feed we use from TransAct, is a good direct feed so there really should not be any problems anyway with the historical data in general.
