99% of the trades simple doesnt works with bitmex

i paid a lot of money for one of the coders listed in the site to try everything to make a BOT to work with bitmex. He and i sent a lot of messages for support or try to solve the problems

response was that a less than 3 weeks a new software to connect to bitmex would solve the problem. There is way more time since this response and the errors only get way worse

but today i am watching the software close and my feel is that in the truth 99% (or 100%) of the trades have one error or another wich aways end with a error message and trade needs to be desactivate. Then i log in the vps, set the bot on and in the very first trade a new error cames again

this is the error i got many times today (there was not any trade opened at this time):

Who did you contact and by what method?

Do you understand what this is telling you? If this is the result, of working orders not getting a response from BitMEX, that is a problem on the BitMEX side but we are working on a solution with direct integration to BitMEX. We expect this only to be about a week away.

sorry. And i really sorry more if this problem is a fault from bitmex. But i realy exausted today. Just got i new error right now:

i have been running the entire day. had many signals without problem

but right now i had this error message:

i am getting this every time:

New order rejected: The system is currently overloaded. Please try again later

i and the coder are trying to reactivate the trade after we got a alert with erros but in the next trade the error happens again.

from Bitmex all i could get is be permabaned in the trollbox by Bitmex_Stefan for post "false" statistics about the order rejection i am getting. And i was ignored when i asked opening a ticket when it would be solved. In the trollbox he said they have been working on it.

ther is any workaround for it or just sit and waiting they solve form they side?

1- navegating here in Sierra chart i was searching for another brokers to try to use the bot and found a "black listed" services. Just speaking in theory how long would take to put a broker with very unreliable operation?

2- will be bitfinex trading avaible sooner? any prediction on when it will be avaible?

Now I see my question was not clear. But how long would take to Sierra put a bad broker (one of these wich still listed in the site as supported services) in the black list?
