He and i sent a lot of messages for support or try to solve the problems Who did you contact and by what method?response was that a less than 3 weeks a new software to connect to bitmex would solve the problem. Do you understand what this is telling you? If this is the result, of working orders not getting a response from BitMEX, that is a problem on the BitMEX side but we are working on a solution with direct integration to BitMEX.
