I have no SC data on my original instance I need the SC data on my Original instance for futures data and Interactive brokers data on my second instance for equities. I am only subscribed to the $15.75 Full CME data package and not the $3.00 full CME package not sure what the difference is. The SC data works on my second instance but it will not let me change data provider to Interactive Brokers. I cannot get my SC data on my original instance. I followed instructions from a previous ticket and now nothing works... just IB data when its connected. I'm running version SC 1697 I'm sure It will not take long to fix. I would be willing to accept remote assistance |

This is confusing. We are not sure why you want to use two instances of Sierra Chart. You just need to use one instance of Sierra Chart connected to Interactive Brokers and follow the instructions here to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with Interactive Brokers: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#IntegrationWithTradingServices This is the simplest way of doing this. If you want to use another instance, you can just do that with File >> New Instance and it will have access to both Interactive Brokers data and the CME data you have activated from the SC Exchange Data Feed.
