This is confusing.

We are not sure why you want to use two instances of Sierra Chart. You just need to use one instance of Sierra Chart connected to Interactive Brokers and follow the instructions here to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with Interactive Brokers:

This is the simplest way of doing this.

If you want to use another instance, you can just do that with File >> New Instance and it will have access to both Interactive Brokers data and the CME data you have activated from the SC Exchange Data Feed.
