Chart Recalculation / Data Feed Drops loop

I sent the log of the issues I was encountering. When I log into my account and open my chartbook, the software does a full recalculation of the charts. After the full recalculation, my data feed drops which prompts another full recalculation of the charts. The data feed drops again and there is another full recalculation of the charts. It has been stuck in this loop for the last 1 hour and I am unable to trade. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
