I downloaded and installed the 1027 prerelease about 5 hours ago and the sim fills don't show (show order fills). Installed 1025 again and then they do show.

We do not see this problem. Make sure you have the Simulation Fills Source set correctly:

I checked and it is set correctly (as was the case before: set to simulation fills). I re-installed 1027 once more and they don't show. I have now re-installed 1025 (current version) once more and they do show, as was the case earlier.

By the way: in the link you provide it says "Simulated" instead of "Simulation Fills". The other two options are different in text as well.

We will update the documentation to correctly match with the menu currently shows.

Could you locate these fills in the Trade >> Trade Activity Log and let us know what the "Trade Account" is for these fills and let us know what the Trade Accounts shows on the Trade Window for the chart. There must be some difference with the text or a difference in the case of the letters.

Trade Account = Sim in the Trade Activity Log, Trade Account on the Trade Window = SIM

Since I cannot change the v1025 right now because I'm using it (on DTN), this was taken from another instance of SC v. 1027 using FXCM which also doesn't show historical sim fills (from 3rd and 4th Sept. 2013).

Strange, I don't see V 1027 posted as an update. (OK, it now shows)

At this point we are not sure what the problem is. We need to think about this. We cannot think what changed which would cause an issue with Sierra Chart simulation mode fills. Maybe someone else will also report the problem.

Here is what I did today in an attempt to get a finger behind this. I rebooted the PC. I then started SC 1025. I loaded 1027. I started a clean chartbook (with BD#C). I still don't get the order fills. I then loaded the current version: 1025. I open the test chartbook and voilĂ  I get the order fills on display.

I now open a new chartbook in 1025 with a chart I don't use: NQ#C. The historical data is freshly loaded since I don't have it on my PC. I put in a limit order, gets filled, and reaches target. I exit 1025 and load 1027. I load BD#C and NQ#C chartbook. I don't get order fills.

Maybe this is of help to give you ideas. If there's something you'd like me to test, let me know. If there's something you'd like me to send you, let me know too please.

Could you please send us the TradeActivityLog.dat file in your Sierra Chart program folder to support _AT_Sierra Chart.com so we can test it.
