Here is what I did today in an attempt to get a finger behind this. I rebooted the PC. I then started SC 1025. I loaded 1027. I started a clean chartbook (with BD#C). I still don't get the order fills. I then loaded the current version: 1025. I open the test chartbook and voilà I get the order fills on display. I now open a new chartbook in 1025 with a chart I don't use: NQ#C. The historical data is freshly loaded since I don't have it on my PC. I put in a limit order, gets filled, and reaches target. I exit 1025 and load 1027. I load BD#C and NQ#C chartbook. I don't get order fills. Maybe this is of help to give you ideas. If there's something you'd like me to test, let me know.
