Candles formation issue

Dear support, The candles in my 2 minute chart are not correctly created. The first chart has candles created at 14:12 and 14:14 and then again time says 14:12 and 14:14 for the two candles after that. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1365099347691.png The second chart I have redownloaded the chart again and I get the correct chart. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=136509937346.png What can I do to solve this candle formation issue? How do you have: Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Timestamp Using Local Computer Clock set? In general what you have is a time stamping problem.
