Please name me ONE method to delete a copied object using keyboard only. If the above is too difficult to understand, please ask for clarification instead of being abusive toward your paying customers. |

In this section here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Tools.html#ErasingChartDrawings The very first method titled: Tools >> Erase Drawing Mode There is also a very clear instructional image just to the right of that, which visually explains this as well. ...................ONE method to delete a copied object using keyboard only................. Erase Drawing Mode relies on a point-and-click I've said this like 5 times now. Sigh. Forget it. But btw, note how the objects are numbered once once Erase Drawing Mode has been selected... common sense in UI would suggest that pressing those numbers on the keyboard would select the appropriate box and delete, but hey if we can't understand something intrinsically basic without repeating a redundant point 5 times, then God help us all! The problem appears to be that you are running an older version of Sierra Chart. Update following these instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update But if the version you are running does not support this, it would mean that the drawings from other charts are not actually numbered. In any case, update. The documentation also has been updated to be very clear about typing the number and pressing enter when Tools >> Erase Drawing Mode is selected. Yes it worked after the update, and pressing [enter] after the number. I would recommend however abolishing the need for the enter key, simply because the user has opted he wants to be in Erase mode, so before right-click or alt-h is pressed, sole focus should be on object deletion, but thanks at least this is a solution.
