The problem appears to be that you are running an older version of Sierra Chart. Update following these instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update But if the version you are running does not support this, it would mean that the drawings from other charts are not actually numbered. In any case, update. The documentation also has been updated to be very clear about typing the number and pressing enter when Tools >> Erase Drawing Mode is selected.
