Trying to run S/Chatr on my laptop

I run Sierra Chart on my PC and it is great. I am going to be travelling and am trying to install S/C on my laptop. I have downloaded it but I cannot open it. The Log says there is a problem with Ameritrade which I do not understand. I checked the password and username which I use on the PC but whatever the problem is it still persists. Thanks. I cannot send you the laptop Message log. I see it on the screen but the SC box on the top left says "not connected". If there is no connection I don't see how it was able to show the message log that refers to Ameritrade. It seems to shut down after sending the log. However I was able to save the message log and can send it in an email. What address should I use? lrmarlborough@gmail.com |

The plot thickens. I checked the username and P/W as you suggested. They seem ok. I still get the message re Ameritrade that you refer to. The box top left still sais "not connected" but I am using the S/C software to send this. So it must be connected to something. I am able to download/open some previously saved S/C charts but not the ones saved on my desktop as of Friday. But the charts that I am able to open are current until last Friday's close. So I am still looking to open the S/C charts on this laptop that I have recently saved on the PC. I am not a teckie so I find this frustrating and confusing. Yours, lrmarlborough@gmail.com |

You will need to contact TD Ameritrade for help. We are in no position to help with a connection to TD Ameritrade beyond giving you the set up instructions. Make sure you get your correct username and Password from TD Ameritrade. Authorizations to TD Ameritrade and network issues, are totally outside of our control as you should realize.
