Thanks. I cannot send you the laptop Message log. I see it on the screen but the SC box on the top left says "not connected". If there is no connection I don't see how it was able to show the message log that refers to Ameritrade. It seems to shut down after sending the log. However I was able to save the message log and can send it in an email. What address should I use? lrmarlborough@gmail.com |
