Cannot move orders on chart

Hello,
I have been using Sierra for over a year now and have't seen this problem before until now. I have copied all of my settings from my trading computer to my laptop, I have done this before and it all worked fine. I just upgraded to the newest version of the software and now when I place an order on the chart it cannot be moved and when I try to move it it just snaps back to where it was?

We are working on enhancing the error handling with TWS. We will have a new release out in about an hour.

We are still contemplating why you might be getting these particular errors:

Trading message from IB: Duplicate order id. Error Code: 103. ServiceOrderID: 11431. InternalOrderID: 47664. | 2017-11-01 20:18:58
Trading message from IB: Can't find order with id =11425. Error Code: 135. ServiceOrderID: 11425. InternalOrderID: 47658. | 2017-11-01 19:59:46

From our perspective it probably is very hard to tell because we do not know everything that is happening on the TWS side or what other clients are interacting with TWS.

Anyway, with the changes these errors will be properly handled.

Update Sierra Chart to Prerelease version 1634 following these instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Instance Client ID to any number other than 0.

You may want to try a completely different number than currently being used.
