Hi, When I open up a chartbook I am missing the current day's intraday data. Also as charts finish loading I get the message 'Download failed'. It appears to only affect newer versions of Sierra Chart i.e if I rollback to version 1568, everything works fine. This has been a problem for some weeks. Data through AMP. Based on this, a firewall on your computer is causing the problem.

I have a working connection and data is coming through, just no data prior to switching on. If it is the firewall, which specific part of Sierra Chart should I add to the list. The firewall is just standard Windows Defender on Windows 10. Thanks |

Go to the chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. We see what the problem is. This is not due to a firewall. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After that is done re-download the data in the chart again with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
