Usage Credit Problem

I got the notification that I needed to add usage credit and went to the page to purchase. I put $100 in the amount space. and hit the purchase button. The page came up and had $5 in the amount space. I attempted to changed the amount to $100 and it kept coming up as $5. I tried this three times and it never would take the $100 amount and kept defaulting to $5. I finally just put it through as $5 so my subscription wouldn't expire in 2 days. Can you please tell me how the heck I can put in more credit than $5 ? Personally.........I think you should go back to the way you used to do the usage credit. It was much simpler and more straight forward. This method is vague, at best.

We are not able to reproduce this problem. If you like we can use a remote assistance session to look into it on your side. We would like to do that to understand why there would be a problem like this. This is straightforward and simple. So not sure what is going on in your case. Please make sure your current telephone number is here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo Let us know when that is done. We can then call you on Monday. Also the way that the payment and services system works now, is quite close to the way it was before. You simply once activate a Service Package for renewal for a specified number of months, and add credit to the account. Usage time is automatically added. Essentially it is the same. We discovered the problem. You were entering a $ before the amount and that issue has now been resolved.
