We are not able to reproduce this problem. If you like we can use a remote assistance session to look into it on your side. We would like to do that to understand why there would be a problem like this.

Also the way that the payment and services system works now, is quite close to the way it was before. You simply once activate a Service Package for renewal for a specified number of months, and add credit to the account. Usage time is automatically added. Essentially it is the same.
