Delete all Data and Download - Failing on me

For some reason, I could not log onto my application in the last couple of days.
And now when I start the application - it is giving me this error message -

HD Request # 13 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for F.US.ENQU17. Historical data logon error: Data files folder not set for service code: cqgfix | 2017-08-14 11:53:07

See attached for the snapshot.

This is for intraday charts. I tried just about all the options -
Delete all Data
Delete and Download data
Edit/Download Data - intraday chart
Reload Intra day charts

And Yes; my connection is stable.

PLEASE HELP!

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings

When that is done, retry downloading the data following these instructions:

Look, pls I do not wish to syn my symbol settings with that on the server.

If I do that, it will over write my intra day time settings that I use for various symbols.

Besides, I do not have a prob lemme with the symbol anyway in the first place.

Not to also mention, I tried various forms of deleting and downloading data.

Updating the Symbol Settings will resolve the issue.


If I do that, it will over write my intra day time settings that I use for various symbols.
These will not be affected except for two or three symbols at most. Also, the Session Times in existing charts will not change.

That is just giving up on the right solution.

And it does not affect 2-3 symbols. It affects a whole lot of actively traded futures contracts. It is a pain to fix each of them.

DO not bother now.
I swallowed the pill. For now, the pain killer is working.


Will have to review the changes all over again.
