hi, is there a way to set the P/L on the BitMex swap correctly ? (the swap has no fixed $ value/tick) from the Bitmex website : * John is long 1,000 XBTUSD contracts with an average entry price of $1,000. The mark price of XBTUSD is currently $1,250. John’s unrealised PNL is based on the difference between his average entry price and the mark price. Unrealised Profit = ($1/$1,000 - $1/$1,250) * 1,000 = 0.20 XBT * Thank you very much |

We would think there should be a fixed currency value per tick. If so, you can set it with this setting: Chart Settings: Currency Value Per Tick (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. they cant, have a fixed value per tick , in bitmex you invest dollar but your are payed in BTC, so 1 tick when the bitcoin is at 2000 dollar has not the same valu than if it s at 20 000 dollars. They just calculate your profit and loss with the size of your trade and the rate of change between the entry and the exit, and pay you in BTC , not in dollar.
