Program locking up and crashing when replaying chart

I'm wanting to replay a chart and the program is locking up when I try to replay. I thought maybe my data was bad so I deleted all the data and tried from scratch and still getting the issue. When the chart starts to load it all just locks up and I have to close down the program. Please see attached pic.

Yes we do not have to use voice. We can just use the team viewer chat. Also although the return phone number looks foreign, we are not calling from a foreign location. It is from the US. Let us know if you still see the issue on the latest release which is 1598 when you have a chance to update. Could you also enable Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 2 >> Save Message Log to File.
