Do you mean you do not see the Trade Activity Log window at all?

It shows up on windows task bar but will not display. When I hold the mouse pointer over task bar a very small window appears, but when I click on it then it disappears but the trade activity window does not appear.

Right-click on the Windows taskbar in an area where there are no icons and select Cascade Windows.

This should make it visible. But it is going to cascade all of the windows on your desktop.

Also, this is the first time we have ever had to tell anyone to do this. So we do not know why you have a problem to begin with. Clearly the operating system is not handling this right.

Cascade windows does not solve problem.SC has worked flawlessly for 2 months. Problem started yesterday. Any further suggestions? Running Win 10, I5 processor and 8 gigs ram.

Select Window >> Reset Windows.

We apologize for not mentioning that before. We had thought that particular window was not part of that reset functionality but it is.
