Right-click on the Windows taskbar in an area where there are no icons and select Cascade Windows. This should make it visible. But it is going to cascade all of the windows on your desktop. Also, this is the first time we have ever had to tell anyone to do this. So we do not know why you have a problem to begin with. Clearly the operating system is not handling this right.
