Unable to get live IB ASX data into Sierra Charts

I subscribe to IB for live ASX data. I can see the live data in IB traders workstation. When I try and open a 5 minute chart I am getting an error message "Symbol is unknown....." Also the symbol code for NAB would be NAB-STK-ASX
