All studies hidden. As if it wasn't already evident in the previous pictures, the two charts look completely different and the high for the day is off |

both are 8-4-0 flex renko bars so the time on the charts is the same time the pictures were uploaded and the date is today as shown at the bottom of the pictures.

Set the chart bars to 1 minute per bar each. Do you still notice a difference or any missing data? If there is a data issue, the worst possible thing you can do is try to analyze the problem with Flex Renko bars and present the problem to us using those types of bars. Or any type of bar based upon a variable timeframe. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. so your saying the worst possible way to analyze a price issue is a bar based solely on price? that makes zero sense and yes, on a 1 min bar, 5 min bar, 15 min bar the issue still remains. 1 chart shows a high of 5712.25 the other shows 5711.75 which is the new high because a when i first reported the issue it was 11.50. there is also a big chunk of volume missing from the chart with the lower daily high. seems like whatever you guys were updating that was causing the errors earlier must have a hole somewhere because when i look at it across my other platforms all have a high of 5712.25 |

21:13 is the time of the high bar for the 1 min chart. its pretty clear to see a big chunk of data missing on one of the charts

We have support procedures and procedures for analyzing problems. These make 100 percent sense. We have standardized way of doing things, and we will not deviate from them under any circumstances. If we cannot understand a problem from a user, then we cannot help with it. What you are describing is a missing data issue. If you had posted a chart of 1 minute bars, following the requested procedure, it would have been clear to us what the problem is. There is absolutely no way we can tell that with variable timeframe bars. This was a Gain Capital data feed problem which we have now resolved. It was not an issue on our side. Also when posting an image of a chart, follow the method here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image Please do not use the attachment method. A very easy way to identify missing data is to enable Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Include Columns with No Data.
