We have support procedures and procedures for analyzing problems. These make 100 percent sense. We have standardized way of doing things, and we will not deviate from them under any circumstances. If we cannot understand a problem from a user, then we cannot help with it.

What you are describing is a missing data issue. If you had posted a chart of 1 minute bars, following the requested procedure, it would have been clear to us what the problem is. There is absolutely no way we can tell that with variable timeframe bars.

This was a Gain Capital data feed problem which we have now resolved. It was not an issue on our side.
