Hello
I have a problem with all Forex pairs from the SC (Forex Data) FXCM data feed.

I have posted before, used the guide you provided about missing data but still the problem is not solved.

I run two copies of Sierra, the other one is used for Futures through CTS T4 Fix data feed and it is working just fine.

So the problem is that all of my forex pairs miss 2 minutes when the day is about to change.

For example in the Global Symbol Settings GBPUSD is set in the New York timezone (-5GMT) and the session start time is 17:00 and the session end time is 16:59:59

My timezone is Athens GMT+2 (both in computer settings and Data/Trade Service Settings and thus the session time in chart settings is start time 00:00:00 and end time 23:59:59.

So every day the data from 23:58 up to 00:02 is lost and thus I experience gaps in all of my forex charts.

I have compared with other feeds and indeed the charts from Sierra are missing some data. The only problem is that window of time when the session changes.

I have attached some charts illustrating the problem in a forex pair.

How can I solve this?

Thanks

We have looked at one particular case, the one you have posted an image of.

The problem is the FXCM data feed stopped at that time.

We also check with another source, DTN IQ Feed and they show the same missing data from FXCM:

We were mistaken when we said we do not see the missing data on LMAX.

We do see the missing data there as well:

So this is 2 completely separate services missing data for that symbol at that particular time. Obviously GBP USD was not trading on either of those services at that time.

Both of those are major Forex trading services. So we really have no solution to offer. This is just how it is.

But consider using LMAX. Maybe this will be less of a problem.

I execute my FX trades through IC Markets (Metatrader 4 software).

Also the online web app Tradingview shows the move correctly.

Anyhow thanks for your time, I will try LMAX and see how it goes.
