while issuing a SHORT entry position nothing took place i have my own message at the Message Log stating clearly the SHORT entry command and the entry price though - no evidence at the "oreders & positions table" later on the following message appeared at the service log Received a business-level reject message. (RefSeqNum: 248. RefMsgType: UBB. BusinessRejectReason: 0) Reason: Collateral inquiry rate exceeds limit. | 2017-06-15 05:44:09 * Request for Open orders data from trading service is currently in progress. 1. while issuing a SHORT entry position nothing took place i don't think you have to go into my code. there should be a reason such events took place i have a test loop where i enter/exit LONG and then SHORT position in a loop and it works fine so when running production code as this event takes plave i expect it to be documented at Message Log NO NEED TO ENQUIRE MY CODE - i control it and do not need any assistance what i need is yr assistance about what Sierra platform is doing once one of its APIs is being invoked and this what what i;m looking from teh support to deliver ... pls guide me how to get more information in case such event(s) will take place in teh future ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2.
