wow thank you , appreciate the honesty lol , cant even tell you how many people i have sent you guys in last few years , hundreds from twitter alone , im glad thats not good enough to help me out when needed . and if you look back at my support tickets , almost everyone one of them turned out to be an issue that you guys fixed , so not sure how thats losing credibility , do you think im just posting pictures for my health ? i mean cmon guys you guys are so rude to your customers where does it say how many support tickets you can have ? |

Yea, I'm curious too as to how much support is "allowed". From the picture, it is clear that there is a problem. I don't think user20450 is posting for the heck of it. I don't even use that study but I might fire it up just so there are 2 with the problem.

Yeah so now you have +1. 1556 was loosing bid values what has been fixed in 1558 but now Im experiencing lacking ask values on P/S combined column (screen attached) same as User20450 reporting. And guys common... Any feedback good or bad is most valuable thing in any business. It's really unbelievable how rude you are making such comments to your customers. I was expecting some kind of award for active users not punishing them with such harsh replies. We all appreciate your hard work and we really enjoy using your product. We are looking into the problem. The problem is we did not have enough clarity about the issue. "Credibility" was not the right term. It was about clarity. It was vague as to exactly what was happening and under what conditions. We understand now that you are watching the ask side stacking and pulling data and then it becomes completely cleared and gradually fills back in again and this happens from time to time. We have identified two problems which are leading to either the ask or bid side pulling and stacking data completely clearing when they should not. We have fixed both of these. apologize for not being clear , i guess what i think is clear is obvious not clear to others , but the maxing out of support seems ruff to me as im just trying to better the platform and make sure things are working , so im not sure how that counts as a support request , im not asking for "how to do " things which to me is more of a support request . if there is a clear problem with a study and you find it and fix it , that shouldnt be held against me but more of "thank you for pointing this out to us" |
