apologize for not being clear , i guess what i think is clear is obvious not clear to others , but the maxing out of support seems ruff to me as im just trying to better the platform and make sure things are working , so im not sure how that counts as a support request , im not asking for "how to do " things which to me is more of a support request . if there is a clear problem with a study and you find it and fix it , that shouldnt be held against me but more of "thank you for pointing this out to us" |
