I HAVE RUSSEL CHART DELAY DATA THAT HAS NOT BEEN WORKNG SINCE APRIL 24, I HAVE MADE ALL MY PAYMENTS ACCORDINGLY BUT STILL NOT WORKING.

Make sure you are using the correct symbol. It needs to be RJM17. I DO HAVE THE CORRECT SYMBOL, THIS CHART HAS BEEN WORKING WELL TILL APRIL 23, NOW TO GET THE CHART DATA I HAVE TO DISCNNECT AND CONNECT AGAIN TO GET THE LATEST DATA DOWNLOADED, BUT AS SOON AS IT IS CONNECTED IT STOPS WORKING AGAIN.

THIS IS NOT HOW IT WORKED LAST MONTH, THE DATA IS SUPPOSED TO BE DELAYED BUT DOWNLOADING AS THE DAY GOES, THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS.

It has never worked this way with the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. At most, there would be an update once a day. Longer-term we do plan to add the capability to make the update time user programmable for symbols that provide historical data only. But at most it would be every 15 minutes.
