Unable to extend Date range in chart settings for profile char

I'm trying to setup a profile chart on Sierra chart for F.US.EPM17 (SP500 July futures contract) for some reason the Date range can't be extended beyond today. I would need profiles from the past month till today. I have another Sierra chart installation on a laptop (with Win 7) and it shows previous months contract and the current profiles without any problem. This issue is happening only on a new Sierra chart installation on a desktop PC running Win 10. The first thing we want you to do is to go to the chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. If that is not successful, then post a copy of the Message Log as you already did.
