VAP data not kept/used for studies that replace main price graph

If a study that uses "Display As Main Price Graph" is used to generate user defined bars, then the underlying VAP (Volume At Price) is not generated (or not used) for those bars. This is easy to see by applying a VWAP study that uses underlying data to a chart with this type of study applied. Also, when the VWAP study is applied, the chart data is not reloaded to calculate the data.

There was a problem where the Volume Weighted Average Price study was not causing a loading of the volume at price data. This is now fixed. The other issue that we saw is that the study that was set to display as the main price graph, could be using an Independent scale and that is why the VWAP study did not display.
