Hello, I have been using an old version of SC - 1209. Yes I know I should upgrade but I have a technical reason to hold off. Just migrated to a new PC which runs Windows 10. Now I am not getting any back fill data with the GainCapital/OEC data feed. Is there a setting to tell SC to use SC back fill data? Thx, Warrior Trader |

We may not be able to help with this with an older version if it is not working. But we would expect it to work. Go to the chart and re-download the data with Edit > Delete All Data and Download. After this post a copy of the last 30 or so lines of the Message Log. This will be resolved by updating the Symbol Settings as explained here: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings After that is done re-download the data again. At least we hope this will solve the problem. There might be a problem where Sierra Chart does not receive any symbol settings because it is an older version.
