This will be resolved by updating the Symbol Settings as explained here:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings

After that is done re-download the data again.

At least we hope this will solve the problem. There might be a problem where Sierra Chart does not receive any symbol settings because it is an older version.
