Our customer, volume trader, recently noticed a gigantic difference in the cumulative volume number (yellow arrow). Official volume for ex. on NQ was 140k and hsi SC showed only 104k....on the ES only 550k instead of 1.1 million.


I checked all settings and cannot figure out why...his connection is pretty good.

For NQH17 for 2017-22-8, we see a volume of 165710 using a starting time of 18:00 US Eastern.

Make sure there is no volume filtering set on the chart:

And follow the instructions in help topic 2.1.2 to re-download the data for the last few days:

You also need to make certain that the chart Session Times are set correctly and match the session times the exchange uses:
