Problem with second instance of sierra missing tick data.

Thank you for help from yesterday.Now is almost everything ok,but I set like you recommend,the main chart is ok,but when I set second Instance on second monitor I dont have tick data from sierra,that means I can not use second monitor for trading,because I need tick data for trading and there are only data from interactive brokers.Can you help me with this problem.Thank you.Bosela

It is best that you use the New Instance feature which is documented here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DTCServer.php#UsingDTCServerForDataAndTradingInAnotherSCInstance To make sure you have data in that instance which matches the main/server instance of Sierra Chart, re-download the data in the chart with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
