v1004: Error creating Alert Manager window

When I open my chartbook, I get "Initialization error: Error creating the Alert Manager window. If you need more help please contact Sierra Chart Support for assistance." Please note, this is only on 1 of my 3 installed copies of SC, so it is something specific to the chartbook apparently. It contains only built-in studies, no external ones. I'm having this same problem. Everything is fine when transferring account settings, global setting, etc. It's after I transfer my saved chartbook file and try to open SC when I get the same error. Even after deleting the chartbook from the data folder, it continues to give this error and shuts down SC rendering it unusable. I can no longer use 997 because of the CTS/FIX update. And now I can not use the pre-release. A quick fix would be greatly appreciated.

We do apologize for this. Could you please update again by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease and let us know if you still see the problem or not. We have put out a new revision. Our initial testing show the problem is resolved.

Disregard the part of post #3 regarding the CTS/FIX and 997 now being unusable. It is working now. User error.
