I'm having this same problem. Everything is fine when transferring account settings, global setting, etc. It's after I transfer my saved chartbook file and try to open SC when I get the same error. Even after deleting the chartbook from the data folder, it continues to give this error and shuts down SC rendering it unusable. I can no longer use 997 because of the CTS/FIX update. And now I can not use the pre-release. A quick fix would be greatly appreciated.
