Notification on Data Disconnect

Is there any way I can get a notification, via email or text, when my system gets disconnected from data? I'm losing trades because I wake up in the morning and the data was disconnected. Also is there a way to see how or when or why the data was disconnected? I'm trying to trouble shoot the problem.

First, make sure that Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Reconnect on Failure is enabled.

The Message Log Will give you the reason for the disconnection:

You can set Alerts including email alerts for data feed disconnections. Refer to:

Looking for a reason for the data disconnect at 22:30 on Dec 7. Did it happen on TransAct Futures end or on the end user's computer? Trying to troubleshoot where the problem is so we can fix it. Thanks.

You need to ask TransAct about this. There is some connection problem to the Transact system.
