I read about your upgrade this weekend. Did the download of the new version. I see that you've automatically changed the contract symbols but no charts are loading. Please advise

I have probably the same problem (can't log in) except that I didn't download latest version. I still have version 1460. Sierrachart worked well until Friday evening. |

In response to post #2, select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Server to prod.gainfutures.com Press OK. Try connecting with File >> Connect to Data Feed. Regarding the other posts, just give us about 30 more minutes on this issue. This was unexpected and apparently is related to the conversion a two digit years. If we need more information, we will let you know. We did test using a two digit year in symbols and had no problems with them. For reasons which we do not completely understand, the two digit years in symbols are not working on your Gain Capital account for users who are not receiving real-time updates. This was completely unexpected. We have no trouble ourselves using symbols with two digit years. Give us about 30 minutes to release a new version which will use single-digit years in symbols.
