I have a connection setup through Gain. I've saved all of the settings and the program connects me automatically. It worked fine all last week but for some reason it has not connected over the weekend. Is this due to the market being closed? It is now 11:45am PDT on Sunday and I want to make sure that I don't have an issue. Can you help? Thanks, JM |

This is normal over the weekend. However Gain Capital uses a new connection address. This will be automatically updated when you update Sierra Chart to the current version. Follow these instructions to update to make sure the correct address is being used: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I updated to the newest version. Still not connecting. I use the same data feed with DT Pro and it's connecting just fine. Do I need to change some of the settings?
