CTS FIX account issue

Hello,
I'm attempting to get things working in 999. I am successfully connected to CTS/FIX. All chart symbols are updated. Data feed is working fine. The problem I'm having is my trade account info isn't being shown. Orders and Positions window is showing no data, and in my trade window/DOM, where the account name should be, it says "Unset". I also receive this trade service error:

Trade Order Error - CTS order update (Rejected). Info: Account not subscribed. Internal Order ID: 3. Symbol: ES.CME_20130900_ESU3.CME_Eq | 2013-07-24 17:53:05


I'm not sure if this problem is on my end, your end, CTS's or TST's. Please advise. Thanks.

I forgot to add this, I'm using the SIM server on a TST Combine.

And one more thing. I only say CTS FIX issue, because everything worked fine on previous version up until this change.

This should now be resolved according to CTS. So at this time you can use the latest prerelease and all should be working well with CTS FIX.
