Hello, I'm attempting to get things working in 999. I am successfully connected to CTS/FIX. All chart symbols are updated. Data feed is working fine. The problem I'm having is my trade account info isn't being shown. Orders and Positions window is showing no data, and in my trade window/DOM, where the account name should be, it says "Unset". I also receive this trade service error: Trade Order Error - CTS order update (Rejected). Info: Account not subscribed. Internal Order ID: 3. Symbol: ES.CME_20130900_ESU3.CME_Eq | 2013-07-24 17:53:05 I'm not sure if this problem is on my end, your end, CTS's or TST's. Please advise. Thanks. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-07-24 22:54:59
