Hi, for some reason today I'm not getting data for ARRY, EXEL and AAPL stock symbols. Other symbols that I'm looking at are working fine. I'm using Sierra datafeed but I also tried switching to TDA but it's the same thing. I tried deleting all the scid and dly files in the data directory. Tried the 'delete and download' option also. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

I came here to post this same exact issue. Other symbols are fine but no data for today on AAPL, ARRY, and EXEL. Can we get a fix for this asap? Thanks!

Good to know I'm not the only one. I found a few more like that. COMM, PTX, LFVN, AGIO, CBRL... since I tried another datafeed, my guess is that the issue is not with the data. When I look at my chart settings, the 'date range in file' is not showing the most current date. The working symbols are showing 2016-09-14 but the ones that are not working are stuck on 2016-09-13. I tried changing the 'use data range' option to force it to go to 2016-09-14 but that didn't do anything. Thanks.

The NASDAQ data feed is now working again. This was a Barchart data problem with NASDAQ stocks. We have contacted them about it for an explanation. The data feed came back at 10:37 AM US Eastern time. There is missing Intraday data up until this time for today. Will patch the missing data as soon as is possible. Thank you for looking into the issue. I can confirm that data is coming in now but we are definitely missing data so hopefully they will fix that soon. Earlier I tried to switch datafeed but I think I missed a step.. after switching to another datafeed under Data/Trade Service Settings - 'Service', do we need to uncheck 'Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds' in order to switch? I didn't uncheck it earlier because I thought I can leave that checked so I can still get historical data from SC. Thanks. |

We did not ask Barchart what the source of the problem was. We are working on filling in the missing data now. Please allow about one hour to complete.
